A footrest is only useful when your chair, desk and clear floor space allow a suitable setup together. IKEA DAGOTTO and Kensington SoleSaver mainly differ in how their tilt is adjusted; neither is a treatment for symptoms.

Adjust the chair and desk first

Record the heights and adjustments available at your current workstation. A support that fits under the desk may still interfere with cable trays, desk legs or room to move.

Kensington specifies three angles for SoleSaver 56152: 10°, 15° and 20°. This is a difference in adjustment method, not a comfort ranking.
